This page contains two parts: Part 1, our Privacy Policy, and Part 2, our Terms of Use. By using our website, community, newsletter, or services, you agree to both.

PART 1 - PRIVACY POLICY

Trend Rebel LLC ("Trend Rebel," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides stock market education, commentary, and a paid trading community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our community on Discord, our subscription services, and our social media pages and accounts.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up, subscribe, contact us, or join our community, we may collect your name, email address, Discord username, and any messages or information you choose to send us.

Payment information. Subscriptions are sold and processed through Whop, which handles payments under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited information such as your name, email, subscription tier, and payment status.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. Our email service may record whether emails are delivered and opened and which links are clicked, which helps us improve our content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Community activity. When you participate in our Discord server, messages and activity are visible to other members and are processed by Discord under its own privacy policy. We may use your membership status and activity to manage access and moderate the community.

Website information. Our website is hosted on Wix, which may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for site operation and basic analytics.

How we use information

We use information to:

- provide and manage subscriptions and community access;
- send our newsletter, service updates, educational content, and responses to your messages;
- operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Social media and our publishing tools

We publish our own market commentary to our pages and accounts on Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, including through automated tools we operate for our own business. These tools are used only to publish content we create to accounts and pages we own or manage. They do not collect, store, or analyze personal information about other members or users of those platforms. Any interaction you have with our posts on those platforms is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as Whop for payments and memberships, Wix for website hosting, our email newsletter provider, and Discord for our community), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our community. These providers may use information only to perform services for us.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as you have an active subscription or account with us, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

PART 2 - TERMS OF USE

Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Trend Rebel website, Discord community, newsletter, social media content, and paid subscriptions (together, the "Services"), provided by Trend Rebel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Educational content only
All content we provide, including market commentary, trade ideas, charts, alerts, live sessions, and social media posts, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers. Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk, including the loss of more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Subscriptions and billing
Paid memberships are sold and managed through Whop. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Whop and its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or membership features with notice.

Community rules
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other members; post spam, scams, or unlawful content; impersonate others; or attempt to manipulate markets. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access at our discretion, without refund, for violations of these rules.

Intellectual property
All content in the Services, including text, images, videos, cards, logos, and the Trend Rebel, Trend Live Rebel, and The Peeled Banana names and marks, is owned by Trend Rebel LLC or its licensors. Members-only content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside the community without our written permission. You may share our public social media posts using the platform's own share features.

Third-party platforms
We publish content on and use third-party platforms such as Discord, Whop, Wix, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, timely, or error-free, or that the Services will be uninterrupted. Market data may be delayed or incorrect.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Rebel LLC and its owners, members, and contributors are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trend Rebel LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
